Pricing varies depending on the time of year. Discounted rates are available for stays longer than 60 days. Summer rates are reduced but add a $385 monthly fee for utilities and internet reimbursement. If you want long-term or unfurnished, we can make that available for you. We do not show your property while you are occupying it. We offer cancellation options to fit your circumstances. We offer substitution options and early booking for future years.

Our home is 5 doors from the heated community pool and spa with club house and exercise room.
The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, microwave, and dishwasher. The laundry room features washer, and dryer along with a water softener. The office can be off the living room, in the guest bedroom, or off the dining room. Large entertaining dining room that will seat 6 to 8.

The patio has a gas grill, patio furniture and is large enough to entertain all of your guests. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, dresser and flat screen TV with private bath and walk-in closet. It has a patio.

The second guest suite is furnished with 2 twin-beds. We will be happy to switch to a queen or covert to an office set up. It currently includes a small office set-up, large full size bathroom, walk-in closet. It has it's patio.

You will enjoy your privacy. Santa Fe Subdivision is very quiet neighborhood. Great Neighbors. Easy access and very walk-able to shops, food, coffee, nature paths, restaurants, and shopping.
Close to Everything.

You are in the heart of McCormick Ranch, with plenty of Green Grass, a 25 mile bike trail, and walk all types of dining. Mercado Shops, The Grove, Gainey Shops and More that offer Butters, Luci's, Village Tavern, Zips, The Vig, GrassRoots, Z'Tejas, Phoenix Beer, The Roastery, Starbucks, LA Fitness, Harkins Theatre.

Golf Courses are Everywhere. Cycling Friendly. You are a short drive to Hiking the McDowells, Camelback, or Piestewa Peak.
